6. Children's Privacy

WeConsent (operated by Clear Consent FZ-LLC) strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 years and above. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or use any features of the WeConsent application.

WeConsent has zero tolerance for content, behavior, or interactions involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

We have implemented in-app reporting mechanisms that allow users to report inappropriate content or behavior. All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and necessary action is taken, including content removal, user suspension, or legal escalation where required.

WeConsent complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in investigations involving CSAE or CSAM.
